SHIPPING POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through the Soft Grove online store (www.idletechstudios.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Soft Grove reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
2.1 All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Soft Grove reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.
2.2 Orders are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following receipt of full payment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the Netherlands.
2.3 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
2.4 You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs upon dispatch.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
3.1 Soft Grove ships to a wide range of international destinations. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain countries or regions at our discretion.
3.2 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Soft Grove accepts no liability for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
4.1 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier capacity, and other factors beyond our control.
4.2 Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: Seven (7) to twenty (20) business days from the date of dispatch
- Express Shipping (where available): Five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of dispatch
4.3 Soft Grove shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from delays in delivery caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or carrier disruptions.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
5.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the order, and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
5.2 Soft Grove reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
6. ORDER TRACKING
6.1 Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the relevant carrier's tracking portal.
6.2 Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier following dispatch.
6.3 Soft Grove is not responsible for inaccuracies or delays in tracking information as provided by third-party carriers.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
7.1 International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country's authorities. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
7.2 Soft Grove has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend that customers contact their local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
7.3 Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes resulting in the return of a package to Soft Grove does not entitle the customer to a refund, in accordance with our No Refund Policy.
8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
8.1 Soft Grove is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
8.2 In the event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, customers must notify Soft Grove within fourteen (14) calendar days of the estimated delivery date by contacting us at info@idletechstudios.com.
8.3 Soft Grove will investigate the matter in good faith and, at its sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued in accordance with our No Refund Policy.
